PHILOSOPHY
“OMG TITS?!” You’ll ask whilst clutching your pearls in horror. Yes, TITS. It’s short for This Is The Shit. This female owned brand aims to break the unjust norms of society and to empower women. Think nipples, loud opinions, lustfulness and other topics outside of the norms. They do so with a flirtatious wink, empowering everyone else who defies the norms, to express themselves candidly. T.I.T.S. was founded by Mathilde Kamphuis & Nathalie Zoeteweij in 2015 and their physical store in Amsterdam, webshop and own brand provide a colourful and eco-friendly wardrobe for an array of personalities.

COLLECTION
T.I.T.S designs are a colourful and eco-friendly alternative for everyone who wants to express themselves in their own ways. The brand aims to break the unjust norms of society in a flirtatious and empowering way. The design process is very personal, combining thorough reflection with unplanned intuition. The collections amps up the individuality and quality as the brand doesn’t conform to seasonal collections as they deliver in drops. This allows them to be spontaneous whenever they’re feeling funky.
FABRICS
T.I.T.S CLOTHING
All of T.I.T.S. garments are GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified, ensuring quality in ecology and social responsibility in the journey from organically produced raw materials to finished garments. Only after all the stops in the production journey are certified, is the final product (a.k.a. the brands fantastic garments) awarded a GOTS certificate - making it a fashionably, ecologically and ethically sound addition to your wardrobe.
T.I.T.S JEWELLERY COLLECTION
Everything in the T.I.T.S jewellery collection is produced in a factory based in Thailand where sustainability is one of their core values. They only use conflict-free metals and stones and 925 sterling certified recycled silver for their products. T.I.T.S finds it important that their materials has not been mined in an area of armed conflict and traded illicitly to finance the fighting. The pre-loved silver comes from numerous sources and it can be recycled repeatedly without degradation in quality since it is a naturally renewable resource. The factory meets the EU’s REACH regulation (Restriction, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals) which aims to restrict hazardous substances such as nickel, lead and cadmium in all parts of jewellery.
SUSTAINABILITY
TITS values a sustainable world with sustainable products and with everything they produce they keep their impact on the environment into account. There are many aspects of sustainability and new innovations that occur every day which the brand tries to implement in their process. T.I.T.S would like to keep learning about all facets of sustainability and by doing so inspire others, both wearers and creators, as they develop. But primarily, they want to show us how sustainability and fresh design is the coolest duo in town.
