ORES is Swedish female owned independent fashion brand with high ambitions and important goals. Their philosophy is to create beautiful designs in a sustainable way and take conscious and sustainable decisions by using organic, eco-friendly materials and mindfully choosing suppliers and methods. The brand is always on the look out for the most sustainable ways to develop their collections and strive for progress all the time. ORES does not settle when something is good and believes that there is always a way to make things even more useful, efficient, beautiful and sustainable. ORES main focus is to leave no negative traces and to give back through charity.

The name ORES refers to the natural mining resource ore. The brand has the same inherent weight, roughness and simplicity. It is also an acronym for;`One – Responsible – Ethical – Society´

The brands high quality and timeless design enables their clothing to be inherited for generations if handled with care. ORES researches and reflect to find the most sustainable ways to develop their ideas and with a clear idea in mind the clothes are designed for a reason. The brand aims for a thoughtfully designed collection that is carefully fitted and better executed with less pollution. With high quality and an aesthetic that is cool, clean and effortless ORES wants to take place in the premium segment with their sustainable fashion.

FABRICS

ORES uses high quality textiles and trims from natural resources, such as organic silk, linen, cotton and wool. The textiles they use, are often composed by ORES in a unique blend of fibers, to create a desired texture and look. This enables the avoidance of chemicals and harmful treatments being used in the manufacturing process.

SUSTAINABILITY

The brand has a long-term sustainable vision and want to have a positivt effect in the society. They do not want to contribute to the pollution of the planet and everything they do, they do with the environment in mind. The natural fibers ORES uses has not been tampered with in any energy or water excessive process and they aim to not add any unnecessary substance during the whole process.
